hello, my name is tinny! 🎨✨
i'm a 22 year-old filipino-american radiography student, equine instructor, and self-taught digital artist based in the midwesti’ve been drawing ever since i learned how to hold a pencil, but i didn't start making it a hobby until around late 2016some of my other hobbies outside of art include d&d, cooking/baking, playing video games, and horse riding!my socials!

❉ what programs do you use to draw?
i mainly use paint tool SAI to draw and occasionally clip studio paint❉ what do you use to draw?
i use a small, wacom intuos art tablet that i've had for about 7 years now. i hardly do traditional art because i make too many mistakes and i never have physical art supplies lying around </3❉ are your commissions open?

i do, but only with friends and/or close mutuals!❉ do you take requests?

• i have the right to refuse service if i feel the need to do so• i do not allow refunds once the commission has started. i will contact you before beginning the piece should you wish to change your mind• i accept payments upfront through ko-fi or paypal• all commissions are for personal use only. please contact me if you're interested in a commercial commission!• wait time for commissions can take either a week to 5 months following acceptance of payment. the complexity of the piece also plays a part in production time. please keep in mind that i’m going to school for radiography and that i may not always have the time to draw, though you are more than welcome to check in with me to ask about the piece's progress!

By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:
I, tinnymisu, the artist:
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.• I reserve the right to decline a commission.• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.• I am NOT responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as on social media.You, the commissioner:
• You understand to discuss the desired commission PRIOR to payment.• You understand that the wait time for a commission can take either a week to 5 months following acceptance of payment. The complexity of the piece as well as other outside factors (college, work, personal life, etc.) also play a part in production time.• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).• You MAY upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.• You MAY cancel the commission and receive a full refund, ONLY IF I have not started working on the sketch.• You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, etc.)• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
